Another Oc! Another overly long art update -bangs head on desk- I apologize to my watchers, I'm a lazy arse who needs to commit! And I shall this year! I will post weekly updates on tuesdays and fridays from now on. ;D 
Now to the my character. When I was creating Moscow I wanted to have to be the opposite from his older brother Russia. A gentle giant who doesn't know when he's being creepy, but will surely crush your skull if you threaten his family ^^ Please comment! I look forward to them.
